We recently achieved planning permission for the conversion of an outbuilding originally used to keep pigs but more recently used for agricultural storage, into a 1 bedroom dwelling within the Metropolitan Green Belt in Sevenoaks. The design retained the simple shape and form of the building to be in keeping with the surrounding farm.
We overcame several structural concerns in relation to Green Belt Policy. The conversion will create a small one bedroom house and make use of a disused former pig building.
