A application for a certificate was granted for small works of repair to stop the ingress of water on a rear extension at a listed farmhouse near Breadstone, Berkeley.

The work was for routine maintenance to keep the building dry. The works executed in the application will not affect the special architectural or historic interest of the of the listed building.

The team were able to provide a detailed description of the proposed works, including existing and proposed materials and finishes.

We provided a plan which identified the listed building to which the application refers to and the details of the listed building grading. A statement was submitted to the applicant’s interest (ownership, tenancy etc) in the listed building and any interest of any other person. 

The certificate was approved allowing the repairs to go ahead.
