We recently gained permission for an equestrian development near Freehay.

The development proposal was for a change of use, an equestrian yard with six boxes and ancillary storage, a sand school, horse walker, lunge pen and conversion of an existing building into groom’s accommodation.

This development was sensitively designed and located using a scale, form and materials common to the agricultural landscape within which it sits and contributes to the local and rural economy.

Our team were able to demonstrate that the proposal meets both national and local planning policy and ensures the progression of a successful equestrian business.
