19 May New farmyard in an isolated location for a large landowner in Gloucestershire
Permission was granted for a proposal made on behalf of the landowner for the replacement of the farm building to a more appropriate rural location.
The proposal represented a substantial investment into the farming business in order to meet the modern demands of the agricultural industry.
Planning permission was granted for three buildings, a grain store and two general stores, one will be used for the secure storage of smaller farm equipment, while the other will be open fronted and used for large vehicle storage. The height allows storage for a combine harvester and spray booms.
The proposal will deliver a number of benefits to both the efficiency and effective running of the farm and to the residential amenity and traffic levels.
Our team were able to show that the development satisfies local and national policy and ensures the progression of a successful farming business.
