A report upon limitations or restrictions regarding using and developing the property or land such as Listing, being in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Sites of Special Scientific Interest, Flood Risk areas, Ancient Woodlands, and Scheduled Monuments. We can guide you on the implications of each of these constraints.

We will advise you on any relevant Permitted Development Rights.

Planning History and Policy 

An examination of the planning applications that have been made, their outcome, and were refused; the reasons for refusal.

A report on any National and Local Planning policy that is likely to influence your proposal.
