We were super excited to see one of our projects on the new BBC1 programme – This Is My House. Did you guess who the owner is?

The first episode introduced us to four people all claiming to be called Fern. Of course, only one of the Ferns was the real owner.

Fern, a former teaching assistant, moved into her converted barn four years ago and has set up a house Instagram account called @the.little.birds.nest.

They all had to convince the celebrity guessers – including Emily Atack and Judi Love – that they lived in an immaculate barn conversion in Ashford, Kent. The RPP assisted with the planning permission for the barn conversion.
