Certificates of Lawfulness

Certificates of Lawfulness are statutory documents obtained from the local planning authority confirming that the use and operation of proposed or existing developments are ‘lawful’ in planning terms.

If you have been served formal notice by the Local Planning Authority, this means that the council believes that there are building works or uses of land that have taken place without the correct planning permission in place.

Planning permission can be remarkably difficult to understand, especially given the fluctuating nature of changing legislation. Our team has expert knowledge of regulations and can play an essential role in gaining permission for projects with complicated needs.

Planning Objections

All members of the public are allowed to make objections to planning applications. If you are concerned about a development, you must submit an objection to the planning application for your comments to be considered.

Equestrian Development

We have an in-depth knowledge of the equestrian world and understand the goals and challenges faced by riding schools, liveries, competition riders and equestrian businesses.
