- Retrospective permission for stables located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and in the setting of a listed property. The permission has allowed the owners to replace an unsuitably located and rundown stable building with new buildings in a much more convenient location closer to their property.
- Permission to vary a condition allowing a small family business to expand and operate more effectively.
- Permission granted for a solar array to be installed for private use in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Other constraints on the site included the proximity of Ancient Woodland.
- Permission granted for an outbuilding in the garden of a listed cottage. A small development, but in providing vital covered storage for the property owner its approval is much appreciated.
