Application Approved for an Agricultural Building

Our team gained planning permission for a small agricultural building to serve the needs of the landowner. The land was purchased for the owner and his family so they could become more sustainable and produce their own food including cider and honey.

Concerns were raised by highways and also the landscape officer since the site is in the AONB. We were able to successfully produce a scheme to the satisfaction of both and gain approval.
