Certificate of Lawfulness issued for use of Land as Domestic Garden and Siting of Three Mobile Homes for in excess of 10 years

Local Planning Authority
Sevenoaks District Council

We gather evidence to submit to the council that demonstrated the mobile homes had been on site and occupied for over 10 years. One mobile home had been permanently occupied by an individual as their main residence. The other two mobile homes have been occupied by various individuals for purposes ancillary to the main dwelling on site, such as for overflow accommodation, hobby rooms, guest accommodation, an office/study etc.

We also showed that the land on which they were located had been changed from paddock to residential garden as well.

Gaining this certificate is highly beneficial for the enterprise and longevity of the business.
