Planning Granted for Solar Array

Our client’s brief was to gain approval for 80 solar panels in 2 rows, to supply the heat pumps serving the residential property.

We had to demonstrate to the Council there was no detrimental impact on the landscape of the AONB.

Working with the client we identified a location within the large garden that was well screened from views.

The council approved this application.
