We are delighted to announce that we have obtained planning permission for the conversion of an existing stable building to a three-bedroom dwelling outside the settlement confines of Goudhurst, Tunbridge Wells. Located in the High Weald National Landscape, the new home will benefit from an elevated position, offering beautiful views across the surrounding Kent countryside.

Care was taken to ensure the design of the new dwelling is in keeping with the character of the area, with minimal external alterations to maintain the agricultural feel of the site, while maximising the internal living accommodation that overlooks a central courtyard garden and long reaching views beyond.

This is the third planning permission the Rural Planning Practice has secured for this particular client across the wider site. In all cases, we worked very closely with the client to deliver planning solutions to meet specific criteria which has resulted in a high quality, successful outcome.
