We were delighted to work with Holmshurst Estate gaining planning permission for their new building. This case involved a number of issues including being in an AONB, a Great Crested Newts license, Ancient Woodland, traffic and landscape.

The small brewery at Lakedown Brewing company is a good example of diversification and represents sustainable development because it utilises locally grown hops for the porter, pale ale and best bitter it brews.  The brewery utilises the locally available spring water and the product is consumed often within a relatively close radius with a strong local following in the south-east but with some consumers further away.
