Local Planning Authority
The RPP gained a Certificate of Lawfulness for a National Trust tenant.

The tenant needed to regularise the equestrian use of the buildings, grazing land, a small number of liveries and the use of a building as  ancillary accommodation.

The evidence supporting the application demonstrated that the equestrian use with some commercial use have been consistently operating at the site since the 1980s, and it is therefore lawful and immune from enforcement.

The application also successfully regularised the conversion of a former dairy building into residential accommodation ancillary to the main farmhouse.
