We have obtained planning permission for a new equestrian sand school at a rural property near Taunton, Somerset.

The new facility will allow our clients to exercise their horses throughout the winter. The arena was sited with direct access from the existing yard to keep the development within the existing built up area of the site. The plans submitted included new landscaping with native species to help minimise the visual impact of the proposal.
