Objection to Planning Application on Behalf of Client

Planning

Date
23rd November 2022
Local Planning Authority
Lewes District Council

Our team produced a lengthy and detailed statement of objection to a planning application submitted to the council for redevelopment of a site for housing.

Within this statement we identified a number of inaccuracies and omissions in the submitted documents crucial for the determination of the application. Important issues that directly impacted our clients’ property were raised as well as the adverse impact on the wider area including the Bats, Conservation Area and a Scheduled Ancient Monument.

The applicant was requested to supply further information to the council and revised plans addressing the issue we raised.
