Planning Permission Granted for Pool House & Orangery Building

The Rural Planning Practice has worked hard to obtain planning permission for a large single storey side and rear extension to an existing residential property creating an orangery and a glazed pool house over the existing outdoor pool to make this useable all year round.

The site is in a sensitive location, adjacent to a conservation area and listed buildings. The existing residential property has also been extended a number of times in the past. We submitted an assessment of the impact of the proposals on the setting of the listed buildings and conservation area in support of the application which led to planning permission being granted.

Hallmark Glazed Extensions designed the orangery and pool house and provided the planning drawings.
