This case involved the re-building of a large extension, alteration and outbuildings to a property located in open countryside with an Ancient Woodland designation over part of the garden. Previously the client had an application withdrawn because of the Ancient Woodland issue, they then sought our input to overcome this problem.

Working alongside Karenna Wilford Architects we were able to resolve the issue and get planning permission after protracted negotiations with LPA and Natural England.
