Retrospective Application Granted for the Erection of a Conservatory

Our client had erected a conservatory to their property not realising they had their permitted development rights withdrawn when permission for the house was given.

The team was able to argue that the conservatory was in keeping with the property, not visually intrusive or has an impact on the openness of the Green Belt.

The council approved this application.
