Prior Approval was granted for the conversion of an office building into residential use through Class O permitted development. The office building formed part of a business park which had seen development into exclusive homes as part of a redevelopment project and was the last remaining building in commercial use. The new dwelling provided two bedrooms and helped to meet the local housing numbers.
