Two schemes secured for a Barn Conversion

Residential

The Rural Planning Practice has successfully secured planning permission to convert a stable block into residential use. The site near Hawkhurst, Kent is within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and was once a part of a larger property including a substantial house which has now been sold off separately. The application included two variations for the conversion of a redundant equestrian barn with alternative options to build either a garage and home office or a garage and stables.

The site will be put on the market in the spring and the two schemes secured will allow the purchaser to tailor the site to their own preference.
