Successful Application for the Development of Five Dwellings Near Cranbrook

Local Planning Authority
An application was made on behalf of our client for an outline application for the development of five dwellings near Cranbrook.

The application was for two 3-bedroom dwellings, two 2-bedroom dwellings, and one 1-bedroom dwelling to address the demand for a mix of small housing in the Parish.

This application considered the housing needs of the Borough and Parish and seeks to address the shortfall of small and more affordable homes. The design of the dwellings uses sensitive and traditional materials, which reflect the rural landscape and protect the amenity of surrounding residential properties.

Our team was able to demonstrate that the proposal satisfies both national and local planning policies.

The council approved the application.
